Terms of Service
Last updated September 11, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and the Wendily team (“Wendily”, “we”, “us”) covering the Wendily website, app, and API (together, the “service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Wendily is
Wendily stores trip itineraries. The itineraries are usually written by an AI agent you choose and control, acting on your instructions through our API. Wendily shows those itineraries back to you, lets you share them with people you name, and lets you take them with you while you travel.
Your account
You need an email address to use Wendily. You are responsible for the security of that inbox, since sign-in links are sent to it. You must be at least 16 years old. Give us accurate information and keep it current.
Agent connections
Connecting an agent gives it a private key that lets software write to your account. Treat that key like a password. Anything done with a valid key is done on your behalf, whether by the agent you intended or by anyone else who obtains it. Do not share it, paste it anywhere public, or embed it in code you distribute. If a key may have leaked, disconnect the agent in the app at once. Give each agent its own connection so you can disconnect one without affecting the others.
Your AI agent
The agents you connect to Wendily are provided by third parties under their own terms. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for what they write, for errors or invented details in an itinerary, or for anything they do outside Wendily. An itinerary is a plan, not a booking: confirm reservations, prices, opening hours, and travel requirements with the providers themselves before you rely on them.
Your content
You own the itineraries and other content in your account. You give us the limited licence we need to store it, display it to you and the people you share it with, send it to your agent when asked, and back it up. That licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to backups that expire within 30 days.
You are responsible for the content in your account, including content your agent writes. Do not store content you have no right to use, and do not add image links or other material that infringes someone else’s rights.
Sharing
When you share a trip, the people you name can see it as described in our Privacy Policy, including booking references and the email addresses of other collaborators. Editors can change the itinerary. Only share with people you trust with that information, and only invite people who would expect to hear from you.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- break the law or violate someone else’s rights;
- send unwanted invitations or otherwise use the invitation feature to spam;
- probe, overload, or disrupt the service, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
- build a competing product by systematically extracting data from the API;
- store malware, harmful links, or content that is abusive, sexual, or hateful.
Our API is meant to be driven by agents at a conversational pace. We may rate-limit or block traffic that behaves otherwise.
Availability and changes
Wendily is a young product. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and the API may change in ways that require your agent to adapt. We will try to give notice of breaking API changes, but we make no promise of uninterrupted service or of keeping any particular feature.
Fees
Wendily is currently free. If we introduce paid plans we will tell you in advance, and nothing you already have in your account will be held hostage to a payment.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Wendily at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or creates risk for the service or other users; where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your trips.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that itineraries are accurate, complete, or safe to follow.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wendily will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or travel costs, arising from your use of the service or from any itinerary stored in it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and 50 US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute will be brought in the courts of Tel Aviv, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law grants you protections that cannot be waived, those protections still apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
