What to include
Help with your account or a trip
Tell us the email address you sign in with and, if it is about a trip, its title or the link from your browser. Never send us a connection key: we will not ask for one, and a key in an email should be disconnected and replaced.
Connecting an agent
Say which agent or chat app you are using and what happened, including any error message it showed. The help page covers the most common problems.
Privacy and your data
Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and trips. The privacy policy explains what we keep and why.
